Registration forms can also be picked up in the Reception Office at Ward City Hall between the hours of

8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

1 Child $50.00

2nd Child (In Same Household) $45.00

3rd Child (In Same Household) $40.00

Late registration will result in a $10.00 additional late fee per child.
